Advanced TMS Center uses a medical version of Zoom which is fully private and secure, and complies with HIPAA regulations. Patients are sent a unique meeting ID and password that rotates daily. Cheerful staff members personally greet patients on Zoom video, then move them to private Zoom meeting rooms with their doctors. Patient confidentiality is preserved at all times during video sessions, with high quality audio and accessible technology.
